Credit Collection Officer (For Malaysian Only)

THIS POSITION REQUIRE COLLECTION EXPERIENCES, THOSE WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCES IN RECOVERY & COLLECTIONS WILL BE REJECTED

- Calling customers with account arrears

- Persuade, negotiate and push for payment arrangement.
- Perform daily outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment.
- Attend to Inbound calls and assist debtors on their financial or payment related issues.
- Effectively follow-up on calls to get payment from debtors.
- Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.
- Ensure the accounts are worked and followed-up thoroughly, in a timely manner.

Min SPM with some working experience

Min Diploma Experienced/Non Experienced welcomed

Basic Salary + Weekly Performance Incentive + Monthly High Commission up to 4% tier.

Banking & Corporate Products

Need to have a teachable spirit and a "giving up is not the answer" attitude .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
