INVENTORY ADMINISTRATIVE x2 post
( Wholesale & Retail )
Location : Kolombong BSA, Kota KInabalu.
Working Hours : 09am - 06pm (Monday - Saturday)
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient inventory management.
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Generate reports detailing inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management procedures and protocols.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding inventory orders and shipments.
- Collaborate with other departments to address inventory-related issues and optimize processes.
Requirements :
-Proficient in Microsoft office Excel
-Able to work in store environment
-Inventory admin task
-stock count, stock take,
-all documentation related with stocks
-Good in attitude, can work independence, fast learner and able to work under pressure & supervision
