Position: Human Resource Executive

Salary: RM3,000- RM3,500

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday ( 9.00AM - 6.00PM )

Location: Lot 2639, Kampung Padang Pak Amin, Bator Jelawat, 16070 Bachok, Kelantan.

Job Description:

1) Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.

2) Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs, and provide support for employee training and development initiatives.

3) Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports, including personnel files, employee data, and performance metrics.

4) Manage employee performance evaluation processes and provide guidance and support for performance improvement efforts.

5) Assist & manage in the management of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions

6) Act as a resource for employees on HR-related topics and provide advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and practices.

7) Develop and implement HR ,SOP , Policies and Procedures, and ensure they are aligned with company goals and objectives.

8) Design, implement, and monitor training programs that address company-wide needs.

9) Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.

10) Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

11) Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and leave balances.

12) Administer employee benefits, compensation, and ensure they are compliant with labor laws and regulations.

13) Develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.

14) Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departure and recommend corrective actions.

15) Collaborate with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure effective HR support and alignment with overall business goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
