Role Description

Designing and implementing data systems and databases. Monitoring and maintaining data systems to ensure their smooth operation. Data Admin Executives are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date product data, including product descriptions and pricing. They also need to generate reports on sales activity and customer trends. Attention to detail and excellent data management skills are critical in this area of the job.

Job Description: Executive Data Admin

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools to track key sales metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data to answer specific business questions and provide insights into sales performance.
• Assist in the design and implementation of sales forecasting models to support sales planning processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics and data visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in sales operations or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet - [SQL experience working with large datasets,and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be an added advantage.]
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willing to work at Menara Mitraland, Kota Damansara.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
