Role Purpose
- Work with the Head of Corporate Planning to translate MAG's vision and strategic priorities into clear actionable priorities for the airline group and its subsidiaries
- Act as the key liaison / Group Strategy business partner for the business verticals, being responsible for end-to-end strategic related matters and execution
Key Accountability
- Own and manage all strategic related assignments on behalf for MAG for the assigned business verticals under the new TOM ; serves as the strategic point person for the Head of Corporate Strategy and Group Chief Strategy Officer
- Lead / execute and work with respective cross-functional and business units leaders to conduct the required business case assessments to develop clear strategic roadmaps, scenario planning and ultimately recommendations to the senior leadership team / MAG Board
- Lead the identification, review and assessment of business opportunities for the assigned business vertical and its associated businesses to support the overall group's LTBP2.0
- Lead and project manage special / strategic initiatives to drive performance improvement across the group and its subsidiaries
- Support broader M&A, investor and relevant monetisation initiatives at the group and subsidiaries level
Qualification & Experience
- Mathematics / Economics / Engineering / Business Studies with 4-5 years Business Planning, Project Management / Execution
- 6-7 years experience in Analytics, Research
Skills & Knowledge
- Being able to be versatile and agile / responsive to market
- Managing complex issues involving multiple stakeholders with differing interests / priorities
- Manage different business scenarios and to develop tactical and strategic responses to internal and external changes in the environment
