Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Key in data to system
- Petty cash claim
- Supplier Invoice
- Payment Voucher
- Contra entries
- Audit Adjustment
· Solve problem from sites
- Check & approval Modification
- Check & reply email and WhatsApp massages
- Committee’s query
- Auditor’s query
· Prepare monthly Financial Report
- Take in entry to system
- Prepare listing
- Bank reconciliation
- Break down of report
· Attend monthly meeting (if required)
· Check work done by account assistant and account executive.
· Advise and guide on accounting issue
· Verify & checking monthly report
· Perform monthly internal audit
· Prepare internal audit report
· Arrange internal audit schedule
· Download database on daily basis
· Setup of new site
· Assists site on yearly budget
· Perform additional task request by superior
· Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time
Added advantage with:
- 1. Knowledge of Strata Management Act – Management/Account
2. Experience working in Condo/Apartment environment.
3. Practical experience with a variety of software applications.
4. Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills. 5.5 days week
Working Hours
Monday - Saturday
Monday - Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Sunday - Offday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
