Roles & Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Loyalty Program Management:

  • Support the design, execution, and management of the loyalty program to enhance customer retention and increase engagement.
  • Analyze loyalty program performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop targeted campaigns to drive membership growth and increase participation in the loyalty program.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for strategy improvements.

Public Relations & Events:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, product launches, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with media, influencers, and other external stakeholders to support PR efforts and maximize coverage.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns related to marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and key metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and campaign outcomes.

Team Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing & Sales Manager and other team members to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
  • Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate loyalty initiatives across all marketing activities and customer touchpoints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,999.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
