Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management:
- Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, and analyze performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Loyalty Program Management:
- Support the design, execution, and management of the loyalty program to enhance customer retention and increase engagement.
- Analyze loyalty program performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develop targeted campaigns to drive membership growth and increase participation in the loyalty program.
Content Creation & Management:
- Develop high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for strategy improvements.
Public Relations & Events:
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, product launches, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage relationships with media, influencers, and other external stakeholders to support PR efforts and maximize coverage.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and retain customers, including loyalty programs and targeted campaigns.
- Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns related to marketing initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, campaign results, and key metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and campaign outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with the Assistant Marketing & Sales Manager and other team members to ensure alignment on marketing goals and strategies.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate loyalty initiatives across all marketing activities and customer touchpoints.

Pay: RM3,999.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
