We are looking for a high-performing, experienced Brand Manager to manage and expand our portfolio. This role demands self-motivation and proactive efforts to grow the business. Job Summary:
Provide strategic marketing plans to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability for the brand portfolio. Develop and execute marketing mix elements to meet consumer needs and corporate financial goals. The Brand Manager (BM) is responsible for coordinating cross-functional resources like Product analysis, Market Research, Planning, Sales, and CRM to direct brand activities efficiently. The BM may also assist in managing external vendors such as advertising agencies and work towards developing skills for a future role as a Country Manager.

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day brand management activities.
  • Manage P&L to achieve corporate sales and profit targets.
  • Plan consumer and trade promotions.
  • Create reports to support business management.
  • Analyze data to assess brand performance vs. competitors.
  • Develop and implement brand strategy and annual marketing plans.
  • Create brand advertising and media plans.
  • Lead new product development initiatives.
  • Coordinate marketing materials and samples for product launches.
  • Travel independently for agency meetings, customer visits, and market research.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns.
