Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operation Duties:
1. Manage daily office operations, including schedules, supplies, and meeting coordination.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
3. Maintain organized filing systems for easy document retrieval.
4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
6. Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
7. Willing to TRAVEL & preferably SINGLE.
8. Handle Event & can be Facilitator will be advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
