Job Description:
As an HR and Administration Intern, you will support our HR and Admin teams with a variety of tasks, gaining exposure to core HR functions and administrative processes. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and experience that will be useful for your future career in HR and business management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with managing employee records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing the employee engagement activities and company events.
- Provide support for payroll and benefits administration as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR and Admin files in both digital and physical formats.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
