Roles & Responsibility:
- Handle daily enquiries via phone, email and live chat in an efficient manner.
- To be the verifier for account onboarding and process the applications globally for bank account opening through online video verification.
- Explain banking concepts and product features to clients.
- Identify and assess customers' needs.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues brought up by customers.
- Consolidate feedback, while seek to improve service quality and user experience of iFAST Global Bank portal or mobile app.
- Undertake special assignments, and ad-hoc duties required by supervisors.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the given time frame and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
- Good command of Mandarin and English, both spoken and written. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- At least diploma in any disciplines.
- Prior experience in a contact centre environment is encouraged to apply.
- Customer oriented with good listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment as well as adapt/respond to different types of inquiries.
- Candidate graduate with Banking and Finance or equivalent background will have an advantage.
- Willing to work on shift based and according to UK hours.
