Sales Representative - F & B ( 3 position)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our wholesale company's. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients. This role involves regular travel to designated regions to meet clients and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned territories., including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Create a comprehensive sales plan for each territory, outlining strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs, provide product information, and address any concerns.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our wholesale products to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from each client.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Educate clients about product specifications and applications, demonstrating how they can satisfy customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the assigned territories.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the sales manager.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with customers, ensuring that terms are favourable for both parties while maintaining company profitability.
- Communicate pricing updates and promotions effectively to clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to contribute insights and ideas for enhancing sales strategies and achieving company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma /Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
