As an Administrative Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our company. Your Responsibilities will include:
- Providing general administrative support, such as data entry, file management and correspondence.
- Assisting with scheduling, appointment setting and managing office calendars.
- Handing incoming calls, emails and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring that the workspace is organized and tidy.
- Collaborating with team members to support various projects or general office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM, STPM & above.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
