The Customer Success Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from our products/services. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute on opportunities for new customer acquisitions, upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer accounts to drive revenue growth
- Participate in company revenue activities, including seminars, webinars, and exhibitions, by offering personalized consulting services to potential customers, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
- Engage with pre-qualified leads, building rapport and understanding their needs; conduct timely and personalized follow-ups with leads to address any questions or concerns to achieve revenue goals
