The Customer Success Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from our products/services. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, increasing retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with pre-qualified leads, building rapport and understanding their needs; conduct timely and personalized follow-ups with leads to address any questions or concerns to achieve revenue goals
