Qualifications & experience
- Diploma in Corporate Administration/Management for fresh graduates. Partial holders in related field are welcome.
- Salary will commensurate with experience .
- Strong command of English and BM language and business writing skills;
- Competency in Microsoft Word , Excel and Secretarial software SPC
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function; timely billings and collection
- Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients.
- Monitor and comply with submission deadlines; Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
- Aid in compliance monitoring and implementation of corporate governance best practice
