We provide corporate secretarial and accounting services to a client base of private companies.

Qualifications & experience

  • Diploma in Corporate Administration/Management for fresh graduates. Partial holders in related field are welcome.
  • Salary will commensurate with experience .
  • Strong command of English and BM language and business writing skills;
  • Competency in Microsoft Word , Excel and Secretarial software SPC

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible in carrying out all aspects of the company secretarial function; timely billings and collection
  • Update and maintain all relevant statutory records and documents for clients.
  • Monitor and comply with submission deadlines; Hardworking, responsible and willing to learn
  • Aid in compliance monitoring and implementation of corporate governance best practice
