Job Description
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and meetings.
- Support in improving the onboarding and offboarding process and related project
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and school internship portals.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Contribute to training program coordination
- Supporting in the field of New Employee Orientation sessions (preparing materials)
Requirements:
- Undergraduate in HR field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, power point, presentation tool,).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A strong desire to learn and develop HR skills.
