Position: Data Entry/Admin Clerk

Working Location: TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2200 (based on work experience)
Requirements:
• Minimum qualification SPM with 2 years working experience in data entry or document management
• Experience working with Excel and ERP for data entry and be able to work efficiently
• Ability to accurately extract, validate and enter date.
• Proficiency in using Excel for data entry and generating simple reports.
• Ability to maintain a systematic filing and storing
Job Purpose:
• Reconcile site rental contractual obligations to ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms.
• Review and analyze contract data to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance issues.
• Extra specific information from scanned paper-based documents in PDF (such as contracts, and other paperwork)
• Review and verify documentation against company standards/ guidelines.
