Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with new hire orientation.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records, including updating personal information, tracking attendance, and managing employee databases.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and training and development programs.
  • Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with other HR and administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
