Join our team as a Branch Manager/ Assistant Branch Manager / Person In Charge (PIC) where you'll delve into the dynamic world of Telco, gaining invaluable experience in intricate processes and beyond. Your role is to lead a professional retail sales team to achieve branch revenue targets, operational goals and 100% customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for all functions of the retail branch including sales, service, stocks, cash handling, SOPs and staff so as to ensure quality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and increase profits.
  • Achieve the daily service level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that the needs of customers are being satisfied.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and accountability for cash, inventory and paperwork.
  • Perform daily stock count for the branch before opening and closing at day end.
  • Perform monthly stock count for the branch at day end closing on the last day of every month.
  • Accountable and responsible for handling of all stocks – Prepaid and Postpaid SIM Cards, U Loyalty Cards, Prepaid and Postpaid Top-Up Vouchers, Devices, Accessories, Demo Devices (Live) and Dummy Devices.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch – before opening, during operating hours and at day end closing.
  • Conduct daily briefings prior to opening of the branch.
  • Ensure housekeeping of the branch is being carried out on a daily basis.
  • Ensure submission of branch reports on a timely manner.
  • Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Preferably with retail experience in telecommunication products and services.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holidays, according to the retail operational requirement.
  • Sales oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and good customer services.
  • Good discipline and work as a team.
