About the Role
As a CRM and Retention Manager at IM8 Health, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through data-driven CRM strategies. You’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, optimizing email marketing campaigns, and utilizing advanced analytics and AI tools to deliver impactful insights and continuous improvements. This role is perfect for someone passionate about preventative healthcare and looking to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by delivering personalized, results-oriented communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive CRM strategy that nurtures prospective IM8 Health customers
  • Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns (EDMs), including scheduling, segmentation, production, A/B testing, and post-campaign optimization.
  • Build & Manage daily email campaigns and customer journeys. Build and execute emails that convert, driving KPIs such as deliverability, opens, clicks, and conversions.
  • Build and grow our referral and loyalty programs, ensuring that they contribute meaningfully to customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Build and deliver intermediate-level reports on CRM performance, providing insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure cohesive and effective customer communication.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline campaign execution, enhance customer segmentation, and optimize content strategy for email marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in CRM, retention marketing, or email marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer segments and customer journeys.
  • Strong data analytics skills: ability to generate and interpret data-driven reports and insights, with a solid understanding of reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI tools to enhance CRM performance and customer engagement.
  • Experience in developing and managing customer retention strategies, loyalty programs, or referral initiatives.
