  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Responsibility

  • To support the operations of import and export administration.
  • To coordinate and monitor for air freight & ocean freight shipments and transport arrangements.
  • To handle operations, documentation and coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines.
  • Co-ordinating with third party logistics service providers and providing full logistics support.
  • To liaise with customers and suppliers for any inquiry especially with China suppliers.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Candidates proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin or English speaking clients
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good in using MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
  • Good communication skills (oral & written) – must be able to communicate across all functions and level.
  • Independent, flexible and resourceful.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Follow Australia WA Public Holiday
