Role: Team Lead / Manager, Property Management

What is your role all about?

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be the Procurement specialist managing all tender and quotation exercises in accordance with Knight Frank policies and best practices. You will lead in contract management, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. As a Procurement Manager in Property Management, your responsibilities include:

  • Performing all procurement and tender-related activities, such as pre-qualification, negotiations, contractor management, contract preparation, sourcing procedures, and tender management.
  • Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, reviewing partnership contracts, and managing existing vendor relationships.
  • Planning, performing, reviewing, and supervising tasks across the department.
  • Identifying experienced and quality contractors and suppliers.
  • Developing strong relationships with existing and new business partners, stakeholders, and strategic supply partners.
  • Identifying areas for improvement to continuously drive performance and business results.
  • Managing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of procurement matters for the organization.
  • Ability to gather, clean, interpret, and analyze data.
  • Reviewing and implementing policies and procedures for risk management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a procurement manager or head of procurement in a property management or real estate company.
  • Familiarity with sourcing, tendering, and procurement techniques.
  • Talent in negotiations and networking.
  • Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data to procure cost-effective contracts.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Able to multitask and possess a high level of stress management skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain management, Real Estate, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement, particularly in a real estate environment.
