Job Description:

1. Training Program Development:
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for all levels of cafe staff, including onboarding, customer service, food and beverage service, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create customized programs to address specific skills gaps.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with industry standards and company policies.

2. Training Delivery:
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff across various departments, both in-person and online.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new hires, ensuring they are fully prepared to meet the cafe’s service standards.
• Utilize various training methods and tools, including role-playing, simulations, and e-learning platforms, to enhance learning outcomes.

3. Performance Evaluation:
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to reinforce training and ensure continuous improvement.
• Identify high-potential employees and develop advanced training programs to prepare them for leadership roles.

4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and outcomes.
• Prepare reports on training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness for management review.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in training content and delivery.

5. Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in hospitality training and service delivery.
• Propose and implement improvements to training programs and materials based on feedback and industry developments.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the cafe.
