Your new role

• Responsible for developing new product formulations by searching for, identifying and applying the most appropriate technology to achieve the desired results within the desired time frame to secure the targeted commercial advantages
• To work with relevant operation team to determine and establish new projects, products, processes and operations. To monitor the project progress against the agreed target.
• Acquire food regulatory information, innovation ingredients & process knowledge to establish a system
• Understand and work with the Regulatory and Quality compliance department regarding compliance of quality system requirements, other regulatory standards and safety, health and environmental requirements.
• Supporting assembly or production line setup when necessary.
• Establish and maintain all test reports, records and quality documents.
• Ability to analyze and interpret research results.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing and R&D
• Knowledge of food technology, food microbiology, safe food handling procedures and food service sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of food packaging technology and products
• Knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and HACCP systems is an advantage.
