Regen Hospital is a premier healthcare provider with a strong commitment to training and developing future professionals. We are looking for an experienced SKM Trainer to lead and guide students through Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certification programs. This role is vital in ensuring our trainees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge for successful careers in healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, organize, and deliver training programs in line with the SKM standards and guidelines.
Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that meet the required SKM qualifications.
Guide and mentor trainees through both theoretical and practical training in specific healthcare fields (e.g., nursing, therapy).
Ensure a high level of training quality and compliance with all SKM regulations.
Monitor, assess, and document trainees’ progress and performance.
Liaise with the relevant certification bodies to ensure proper accreditation and certification of trainees.
Keep up to date with industry best practices and integrate them into training modules.
Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of trainees for the SKM programs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field (e.g., Nursing, Healthcare, Vocational Training).
SKM certified Trainer (Tvet-Certification) is a must.
Proven experience in training and education, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of SKM certification processes and requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Patient, approachable, and capable of motivating students.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with learning management systems and training technologies is a plus.
