Job Description

  • Updates the bulletin board by posting and removal of outdated materials.
  • Gather daily attendance, overtime and leave record.
  • Prepare monthly employee leave report.
  • Keep track, monitor and distribute uniform and safety shoes.
  • Keep track of medicine stock and make sure medicines in the first aid box are always complete.
  • To pick up incoming call.
  • Keep track of stationary stock and make order requisition with purchaser when stationary is out of stock.
  • Call & follow up with supplier for office maintenance – TNB, SAINS, TM, Air Condition and photocopies machine.
  • Arrange foreign workers to open new bank account and fomema checkup.
  • To update foreign workers current information status – passport, permit, FWCS & SKIPPA.
  • To perform other duties as assigned by Head of Department.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
  • Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Offices especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to work to meet deadlines
  • Possess positive working attitude, work as a team, adaptable, good follow up skills and able to multi-task.
  • Resourceful, independent and a fast learner and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess pleasant personality & good communication skills.
