Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
2. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
3. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
4. Plan employee training and development programs and participate in ISO 9001 internal and external audit.
5. Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
6. Handle employee relations including event organizing and resolve any workplace conflicts.
7. Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
8. Take care of monthly statutory contributions, EA form and yearly Company Form E and CP8D submission.
9. Lead HR all functions with HR admin as assistant, including employee relation, resolve employee work conflicts and organize company events, dinner and festival celebrations.
10. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees and conduct performance evaluations with department manager.
12. Manage server files and keep data storage availability on regular basis.
13. Prepare necessary computing devices for new employee, includes mobile and router.
14. Provide support to IT related issues including computer/laptop issues/router/email related issues.
