- Proactive and good interpersonal skills

Tasks & responsibilities
- Provide support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
- Process payroll in a timely manner
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes
- Plan and implement training programs
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance documentation.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures, communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check-up, insurance plans,
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
