Tasks & responsibilities

  • Process payroll in a timely manner
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance documentation.
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures, communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check-up, insurance plans,
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
