  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write both short form and long form copy for offline and online channels. You'll have a conversational style and understand how good copy can be used to attract, convert, delight and retain our audience.
  • Content Creation; support the Customer Marketing Manager by creating a wide variety of content – EDMs, annual catalogues, monthly promotional brochures (MPC), whitepapers, and etc.
  • Assisting in the content creation for social media channel, including Facebook, LinkedIn and Lyreco Malaysia/Singapore official blog.
  • SEO; write with a conversational style but ensure content is optimized for search and in line with the keywords we are targeting.
  • Sales Support; create case studies, presentations, or internal sales support materials for the sales team.
  • Design; work with a designer to ensure content is on-brand.
  • Assisting in SAP promotional updates.
  • Assisting with additional ad-hoc task as required

QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing or Business or a combination of education and experience in a related field
  • SAP user , high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel),
  • Effective communicator; well verse in verbal and written communication in English
  • 2years working experience in marketing related role with minimum 1year in within marketing sales / marketing campaign management experience in Office Supplies/FMCG/Consumer Products markets
  • Salary range between RM2800 to RM3500.
  • Candidate who has fully vaccinated and eligible to work in Senai will be considered.
  • Shortlisted candidate is required to do assestment before the interview session.
