Job Description -To handle customer's incoming calls and inquiries. -To process customers' order and ensure goods are delivered on time to them -To establish and maintain good relationship with customers -To prepare documentation, quotation, confirmation order, Delivery Order, Invoices and other relevant document. -To liaise with production team and warehouse to ensure the correct goods are delivered to customer -To provide after-sales support to customers -To assist in Payment Collection from customers.
