Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating onboarding for new hires, salary calculations and liaising with immigration for hiring foreign workers.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
  • Monthly OT calculation & salary preparation
  • Manage and update the organization's HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Responsible to issuance of HR letters, which includes Employment offer, Confirmation/Extension, Transfer, Promotion, Disciplinary, Termination & Acceptance of Resignation, etc and Memo to all employees or any HR related matters.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs
  • Responsible for foreign workers visa application, renewal and other issues.
  • Maintains and ensures all human resource information are kept confidential.

Administrative Duties:

  • Responsible for the entire Office Administration, insurance renewal, stationery management, office system, equipment , proper filing & etc.
  • Manage Expenditure Accounts
  • Coordinate internal meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field experience.
  • At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Payroll systems
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
