DECLARATION CLERK (K2/K3/K8/ZB)
1) Pre declare and send draft.
2) Pass over paper to operation and monitor closely for custom clearance.
3) Attach K2 and update tracking inside Sovy.
4) Prepare all external document if required. Example: shipping note and delivery order.
5) Prepare any letter for amended or revised to custom if required.
6) Apply dg approval with LPK and email to customer after received DG approval.
7) Attach complete document at Sovy system.
8) Sorting document.
9) Ensure custom clearance done within 48H and follow up with Ops team.
10) Return file to CS within 48hrs after sorting.
11) Registered custom form to be email daily to customer without fail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
