Job Description:

  • To attend to enquiries from walk in customers and incoming calls in promptly and gentle manner with proper greetings.
  • To establish appointments for customers within 3 days and work closely together with Customer Care Centre on the arrangement of appointments.
  • To assist in daily booking schedule and to register customers’ requirements in Work Order (WIP) (assign and allocate service advisors to look into different requirements accordingly).
  • To attend to company's WhatsApp Group's customers request for booking, update customers' details and breakdown cases.
  • To blast sms reminder to customers at least 1 day prior to their appointments.
  • To arrange grab service for customer mobility.
    Location: Bandar Kinrara & Jalan Ipoh

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Upper Secondary / Diploma or an equivalent's qualification.
  • At least 1 years' of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
