  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Procurement team is a global team responsible for for managing the procurement documentation reviews - first level and second level reviews along with managing the payment filing, submission and reconciliation.

Procurement team will function during working days and from a shift of 10am to 7pm daily.

Procurement Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of the Shared Services Center BPO operational management system, which includes tasks such as recruitment, coaching, assessment, and training. He or she should also continually optimize management systems, process standards, and related tools to meet business needs. Additionally, he or she is responsible for coordinating overall service improvement, quality control processes, and providing streamlined support for business operations.
  • Ensure that the team’s performance under his or her supervision meets or exceeds the qualified level.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, communication and coordination skills, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Besides being skilled in the local language, the candidate’s profiency in Chinese is extremely beneficial.

Minimum Skills to Hire:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma

• Minimum 2 years' of people management experience as TL in procurement or e-commerce service handling.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one Mandarin.

• Has the ability to deliver feedback and coaching to team members basis the collected data from Quality monitoring and reporting development plan to stakeholders in an actionable format

• Must be able to spot trends and tendencies with data, and drives team to look for insights

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

• Must be able to collaborate with the client on pressing concerns and partner with internal stakeholders on action plan execution

• Significant experience in a complex fast paced environment

• Passion for ensuring an excellent user experience

Preferred Requirements

• Having high cultural awareness of political and social situations is a plus!

• Proficiency in English and Multi-lingual is highly preferred - Mandarin (depends on the market assignment)

• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
