With a strong focus on delivering exceptional service, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help us reach more pet owners and grow our brand, and manage iVetssentials products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote iVetssentials products/services and drive client engagement.

- Create, manage, and execute social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.

- Design and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters, to promote clinic services and special promotions.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with pet shops, grooming salons, and community events.

- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.

- Plan and coordinate promotional events, such as open houses, pet care workshops, and community outreach programs.

- Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on potential leads to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Assist in creating and managing content for the clinic’s website to ensure it reflects current promotions, services, and news.

- Develop and manage a budget for marketing activities to ensure optimal return on investment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the veterinary or pet care industry.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.

- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver results.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A passion for animals and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of pet owners.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
