Construction Site Supervisor

Age Range: 20 to 45 years old
Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000 (with allowances)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Education Level: Diploma or higher in relevant fields
Experience: Minimum 3 years, preferably in the plumbing sector

Job Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:

Oversee daily construction activities at the site, ensuring all plumbing works are carried out in accordance with project plans and timelines.

• Quality Assurance:

Inspect and monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and adherence to safety regulations.

• Coordination with Contractors:

Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth progress and resolve any issues or delays.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered. Report site conditions and updates to project managers regularly.

• Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure that all workers comply with safety guidelines and that proper safety measures are in place to prevent accidents or hazards.

• Problem Solving:

Address and troubleshoot on-site problems swiftly, implementing solutions to avoid project delays.

• Team Leadership:

Supervise site workers, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficient work flow and high standards of performance.

• Equipment & Resource Management:

Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on-site. Manage material inventory and resource allocation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
