Job responsibilities
- Purchase major materials and spare part to support other department.
- Meet with operational teams and deliver their buying requirements.
- Ensure savings, rebates and compliance are achieved in line with project strategy.
- Support account department in payment arrangement for suppliers
- Source for new suppliers considering prices, lead times and quality.
- Ensure that the spares trading needs are met.
- Support direct reports as needed.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best possible service offerings with respect to lead time vs. price and quality
- Proactively propose new purchasing channels, concepts, and methods.
- To carry out all the assignments as per required by management from time to time.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by superior as needed.
Requirement and qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business (preferable)
- Mandarin speaking (preferable)
- Supply chain management experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- 1-2 years experience

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
