  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Customer Representative (Van Salesman), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our FMCG products to retailers such as Mini Market, Fresh Market, Petrol Station & Pharmacy within designated areas (Hulu Langat & Sepang region).

Our ideal candidate is someone who can communicate effectively, possesses excellent sales skills, and is capable of working independently.

Job Scopes:

- Promote and sell products FMCG (Food & Non-Food) in retail stores within the assigned territory according to the sales targets and strategies provided by the company (travel by company van).

-Maintain and enhance business relationships with retail stores, including regular visits, product training, and sales support.

- Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions to achieve sales targets.

- Gather market and customer feedback, communicating it back to the company to help refine products and sales strategies.

- Consistent and regular achievements of monthly sales KPI.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales techniques
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
  • Quick learning and adaptation skills, able to grasp product knowledge and market
