A day in the life:
- Respond to proposals and order requests from client.
- Troubleshoot all aspects of clients’ campaign to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identifying and fulfilling clients’ business objectives
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Report on performance metrics
- Solicitate of new clients, develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline

- Attend to guest feedback on-ground and close service lapses.
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests, while maintaining control within the Center.
- Ensure Center cleanliness and hygiene.
- Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on center-related and guest.
- Responsible for account servicing and ensure that the project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts.
- Conduct on-site servicing to address clients’ feedback.
- On-site marketing at trade shows or events
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma Holder in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably with 2 year’s work experience.
- Independent and customer-oriented
- Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, team-work oriented and independent.
- Extroverted personality required
- Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
- Overseas travelling expected
