A day in the life:

  • Respond to proposals and order requests from client.
  • Troubleshoot all aspects of clients’ campaign to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying and fulfilling clients’ business objectives
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Report on performance metrics
  • Solicitate of new clients, develop warm and cold leads and build a robust new business pipeline

  • Ensure Center cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on center-related and guest.
  • Responsible for account servicing and ensure that the project deliverables are achieved in accordance to contracts.
  • Conduct on-site servicing to address clients’ feedback.
  • On-site marketing at trade shows or events

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma Holder in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably with 2 year’s work experience.
  • Independent and customer-oriented
  • Pleasant and courteous attitude, with strong communication skills
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, team-work oriented and independent.
  • Extroverted personality required
  • Able to work independently under tight schedule and pressure
  • Overseas travelling expected
