Record to Report - R2R/GL (报告至记录)

What you'll do ?

• Manage and execute day-to-day R2R activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, and month-end closing processes with precision and accuracy.
• Utilize 3-5 years of experience to ensure adherence to accounting principles, policies, and compliance requirements during R2R operations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, address issues, and maintain the integrity of financial data across the record-to-report cycle.
• Utilize expertise to improve and streamline R2R processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
• Assist in the integration and utilization of SAP or S/4HANA systems, leveraging experience in these platforms to enhance R2R efficiency.

What you'll need to have ?

• A degree in Finance or related field is required.
• Must be able to read, write & speak in Mandarin ("We're seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients")
• 3-5 years of proven experience in R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and month-end closings.
• Proficiency in SAP or S/4HANA is considered an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in managing financial data and reconciliations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate financial information clearly.
