Overview of the Position:

You will play a pivotal role in driving employee growth, engagement and internal communication. You will lead initiatives to enhance organizational capabilities, foster a supportive work environment, and ensure alignment with company goals.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Learning and Development:

  • Develop and implement annual Learning & Development plan with strategies and programs align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments (TNA) and collaborate with HODs to identify specific training requirements.
  • Manage third-party relationships and contract negotiations with external stakeholders and providers to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Source and recommend training vendors. Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for e-learning and trainings.
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and develop suitable online learning contents for the company.
  • Ensure that all training administration matters e.g. scheduling, registration, logistic arrangements. budgeting and payment to vendors are managed well.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and provide induction training to ensure smooth transitions for new joiners.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management on training outcomes and improvements
  • Organize and maintain ISO-related documents efficiently.

Staff Engagement:

  • Create and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Develop recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and implement improvements.

Internal Communication:

  • Manage internal communication channels to ensure clear and effective dissemination of information.
  • Craft messaging that aligns with company values, goals, and strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and leadership to maintain transparency and unity.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Learning and Development.
  • Strong understanding of learning methodologies, employee engagement strategies, and internal communication practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
