This is a 1-year contract position primarily supporting the HK market. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential, as you will need to communicate with external suppliers for status updates.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Release orders to Steelcase and third-party vendors for trading goods via Electronic Data Interchange and email.
  • Schedule and expedite orders with Order Fulfilment Team and third-party vendors.
  • Arrange and coordinate shipments with sales, Order Fulfilment Team, vendors, and our logistics team in Steelcase Dongguan (SMD)
  • Manage local delivery and installation with SMD and Hong Kong installation contractors.
  • Handle replacement claims and laser submissions on behalf of the Project Manager.
  • Prepare customer invoices (both deposit and final) using Herdberg system and manual formats in Excel.
  • Address after-sales requests, including historical order checking and diverting to Frontier Hong Kong.
