Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Generate reports and analytics from the system to aid in strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Follow up with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources, facilitating smooth operations.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports, issuing purchase orders, and managing other documentation as required.
  • Filing and Organization: Ensure proper filing and organization of documents, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and reference.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certification in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in administrative or clerical roles, preferably within a marketing or sales environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
  • Language Skills: Reasonable command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.
