About us

We are specializes in aluminium products, mainly in kitchen cabinet, window & door. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to prospective clients. The sales per customer is at min 20k to 100k, depending on the size of project. We are looking at candidate that able to provide professional service to our client and guiding them through the design and purchase process. We offer high commission and performance bonus, including a fixed salary and allowance, as well as EPF and Sosco benefits. (Basic + Allowance) min. 3k + Commission = up to 10k!

Qualifications & experience

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing, Interior Design or any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in Sales, working experienced in cabinetry/renovation/interior design firm will be advantage.
  • Good command in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, good customer service, self-motivated, goal oriented and result driven.
  • Possess good teamwork and self-motivation.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Meeting clients and produce concept design and solutions of space planning, design conceptualization, materials and colour scheme specifications in kitchen and home appliance based on customer’s needs.
  • Perform in kick-off, presentation, prepare proposals, sales quotation, and process to production.
  • Manage client’s project costing and work closely with relevant departments to follow up on project progress.
  • Site visit for measurement and propose 2D / 3D design and obtain their acceptance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client’s project.
  • Record, analyze and report follow up progress of leads and sales in internal system.
  • Responsible on provide before and after sales service to customers.
  • To achieve personal sales performance and sales target; from following up on receive and take over the new lead or walk-in customers that has been delegated by Sales Executive.
  • To carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management/Superior from time to time.
