  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Purpose:

  • To lead in month-end closing tasks.
  • Supports management planning and decision-making by providing financial commentary and analysis of the financial position and performance of the Company.
  • Involve in implementing and ensuring best practices in financial data capturing throughout the organisation.

Job Scope:

  • Review and ensure data is captured following company internal control guidelines.
  • Prepare and ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly consolidation financial reports.
  • Review monthly aging reports, reconciliation reports, audit schedules and clear long outstanding overdue items.
  • Perform and review ad-hoc analysis/reporting as assigned by management.
  • Analyze and review past results and variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Involvement in internal and external audit exercise.
  • Review and ensure tax-related compliance is adhered to.
  • Involvement in automation projects to improve processes and productivity.
  • Identify inefficient processes and propose process improvement.

    • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any professional or finance equivalent. Preferably with certification of ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA/CIMA or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
    • Skills: Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial system flows, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
