Job Description

• Identification of new business opportunities, development of sales strategies, meet sales objective and increase market share
• Response to sales enquiry, prepare quotations, proposals and presentation to customers to generate more sales.
• Promote company’s full range of HR Services to potential clients.
• Achieve sales targets, increase revenue and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Established network of contacts and maintains good clientele rapport.
• Monitors and update market conditions as well as competitors’ activities.
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports/ pipelines to management.
• Work closely with cross-functional internal team to ensure successful delivery of service to meet client needs.
• Support sales & marketing activities, events and roadshows.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field;
• At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience in any field; experience in HR industries will be an added advantage;
• Highly responsible, trustworthy, result oriented, independent and enthusiastic in promoting sales and achieving sales target
• Have good insights in HR knowledge, good clientele relationship skills, and capable to deal with clients.
• Sales prospecting and selling skills.
• Good team player, meticulous & proactive individual.
• Good command of language in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
