Key Responsibilities:

1) Leasing strategy and planning.

2) Tenants relations and negotiations.

3) Marketing and property promotion.

4) Financial management.

5) Legal compliance and documentation.

6) Reporting and administration.

7) Client and stakeholder engagement.

8) Lease renewals and retention.

Requirements:

1) 5 -10 years of experience in leasing real estate management, or property management id typically required.

2) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing and revenue target.

3) Local real estate license or membership in professional real estate organisations are more preferred.

4) Capable of handling tenant issues and disputes efficiently while maintaining good relationships.
