Fund Operations Executive | Open for fresh graduate | Bilingual (Eng & Mandarin)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an individual who is able to manage bank accounts and coordinate fund payments. Day to day responsibilities include overseeing fund management, preparing financial and data analysis reports, performing reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely settlements. The role also involves handling any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee bank account management and coordinate fund payments.
• Manage fund operations, including forecasting and making necessary adjustments.
• Prepare financial reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Perform position reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely payment settlements.
• Assist with any additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in an agile team.
• Bilingual in both Chinese and English to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders.
