To manage day-to-day store inventory and control incoming material & equipment. Timely receipt of items and issuance to production for further processing. To manage the usage of items purchased and establish a system to control the usage. To manage supplier quality with close liaison with production and purchasing regarding the project completion and delivery date. To establish quality checks at Incoming and Outgoing to improve the quality level. Ensure all parts/goods, and in/out transactions are properly recorded/ updated and well organized. To enforce and control the "FIFO" system (First in First out) and monitor inventory levels and order new items. Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations. To protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Perform and monitor packing jobs, preparing packing lists for export shipment. To perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time. Promote ISO 9001, other relevant quality, product standards, and certifications maintained by the Company.
