YOUR ROLE

Main goals for 2023-2025​

  • Ensure a strong customer experience through delivering efficient and smooth day-to-day Payroll/HR operations in cases requiring deep expertise​
  • Provide expert support and advice to employees and managers in high complexity cases in dedicated service line(s)​
  • Ensure high quality service delivery by continuously improving processes ​
  • Adhere to the company's strategy, values and targets when helping employees​

Accountabilities and responsibilities ​

  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in-person, provide accurate and timely information, advice, and assistance ​
  • Assist employees with Payroll/HR-related processes and procedures, such as benefits enrolment, time-off requests, and salary adjustments ​
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the information system​
  • Identify and act on improvement opportunities to ensure high quality service delivery ​
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on Payroll/HR-related topics ​
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve the overall employee experience ​
  • Assist with various Payroll/HR administration and paperwork, such as onboarding, terminations, and compliance​
  • Develop and monitor SLAs and associated measurements​
  • Provide input in process design on feasibility for systems & technology​
  • Keep developing knowledge about Payroll/HR best practices as well as about important laws and regulations​
  • Run reports to assess quality service level of People Service and share them with relevant people​

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Experience Requirements​

  • 5+ years in Payroll, HR, business, administration or related field ​
  • Proven experience in completing the day-to-day operations of the Payroll/HR department, ideally in semiconductor or globally operating technology company ​
  • Experience in constructively collaborating with internal stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills Requirements​

  • High level of Payroll/HR IT acumen ​
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion ​
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills ​
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization ​
  • Self-reliant, resourceful, and able to work independently ​
  • Effective team member in sharing knowledge and best practices​
